With a showing rental, you have access to our dynamic space featuring our studio theater, a spacious dressing room with a private restroom, a welcoming lobby, and an outdoor garden. The entrance is conveniently located on the ground floor, accessed by a ramp, and includes an accessible restroom in the lobby, along with first-row accessible seating.

Our studio showing rental is a tech-free option, providing a four-hour rental in our theater studio equipped with overhead work lights and a studio speaker.

The showing must be strictly invitation-only, with no tickets for sale, and it should remain unmarketed.

When you book our space for your showing, your rental includes a dedicated house manager to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests.

This team will meticulously prepare the space for your showing so you can focus on your art-making while we manage all your front-of-house needs.

As a performance renter, once your contract is signed, you have the flexibility to schedule any rehearsals at Trisk without the usual 60-day advance booking requirement. Additionally, you can also take advantage of our $10/hour space subsidy rental program.
