Our theater comfortably seats 68 attendees, with the option to expand to 80 by offering floor-cushion seating. The theater entrance is conveniently located on the ground floor, accessed by a ramp, and includes an accessible restroom in the lobby, along with first-row accessible seating.

But that's not all! Your rental package goes beyond the venue itself. Our dressing room is complete with a clothing rack, mirrored wall, and vanity lighting. Our inviting lobby and lush outdoor spaces, equipped with outdoor seating and a bar, are perfect for welcoming your guests and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. To top it off, you can personalize the event's ambiance by choosing custom lobby lighting and curating the perfect playlist for both the lobby and the pre and post-show theater music and outdoor areas, ensuring a truly unique and enjoyable experience for all your attendees.

This comprehensive package includes THREE performances up to 80 minutes in length in our fully-equipped black box theater.

Our template-based theatrical lighting is a cost-effective and unique solution to achieve professional and polished lighting without hiring a designer. This user-friendly system provides pre-designed lighting templates, allowing renters to select from these templates with predefined settings for factors like color, intensity, timing, and light positioning. This not only saves time but also reduces costs. The package includes up to ten cues, making it ideal for a wide range of creative visions.

Your rental includes hassle-free online ticketing with seamless integration into your bank account. Our team will expertly manage the online ticketing process, allowing you to focus on your production while we handle ticket sales. All proceeds from your box office sales go directly to you.

Additionally, on the day of your performance, our box office associate will efficiently manage at-the-door ticket sales and check in advance ticket holders. This allows you to concentrate on your production while we take care of the administrative details.

When you book our space for your performance, your rental includes a dedicated house manager. This professional ensures a seamless experience for both you and your audience by overseeing VIP and reserved seating, directing guests, and ensuring everyone is comfortable and well-informed.

As a performance renter, once your contract is signed, you have the flexibility to schedule any rehearsals at Trisk without the usual 60-day advance booking requirement. Additionally, you can also take advantage of our $10/hour space subsidy rental program.
